These Doomed Isles is a fascinating turn-based strategy game with god simulator elements, in which the gamer has to take the role of a Greek deity who helps people to survive on an archipelago of islands in the middle of the ocean.

Overview

These Doomed Isles is a classic sandbox game with full freedom of action. The gamer becomes one of the gods, who can create entire civilisations with his will and power or destroy them in one fell swoop. Basically you will have to guard the created civilisations from hostile peoples, natural disasters and other phenomena that can destroy the whole country. 

The main tool will be unique cards - through them cast abilities of the gods and they need to gradually collect to increase their influence on the material world. 

Gameplay

1. Very low system requirements - you can run the game on the oldest and weakest computer. 
2. Takes up very little space on your hard disc.
3. There are elements of KKI - all actions can be done with the help of cards (they allow you to build buildings, control the weather, change the landscape, send diseases or on the contrary treat them, and much more).
4. All actions take place in turn-based mode, which is always a plus, because there is time to think before each move. 
5. Graphics are pixelated - it seems that the game was released in 1980s, and it will definitely appeal to fans of old-school and retro.
