Ghostrunner 2

Ghostrunner 2 is a sequel to the acclaimed cyberpunk action game, in which gamers are once again given the role of a deadly cybernetic ninja, rapidly destroying their opponents.

Overview

The events unfold in the same setting. In the world of the distant future, where there was a global catastrophe that brought humanity to the brink of destruction. However, futuristic technologies helped to save people. The remnants of humanity settled in few but huge cities resembling towers.

After the events of the original, a year passes. This time will have to confront the representatives of a cult that worships artificial intelligence. So far they have not posed a great threat, but everything changed when the enemy took possession of a huge cybernetic dragon, capable of destroying entire cities. The protagonist will have to confront the cult and eliminate the dragon.

Gameplay

The first part was very much liked by gamers for the high dynamics of battles, and in the sequel Ghostrunner 2 this aspect was only improved. The gameplay is also characterised by the following features:

1. Basic high level of difficulty - enemies, as well as the protagonist, in most cases, are killed with just one blow.
2. Successful passage requires effective use of the surrounding world - it provides incredible opportunities for parkour and unexpected attacks.
3. There is an opportunity to travel around the virtual world with the help of a futuristic motorbike.
4. The role-playing component has been significantly improved - there are more useful skills that can be used in combat and while travelling.
5. The pace of the battles and the narrative in general is very high, and therefore the player will need reaction speed and the ability to quickly assess the situation, and then also quickly make decisions.
