Baldur's Gate III

Baldur's Gate III is a computer video game in the RPG genre, the events of which unfold in the famous Forgotten Realms fantasy universe. The third part of the popular line is not connected by a storyline with the previous parts and tells a unique independent story about the war against monstrous creatures – illithids.

A well-known Belgian team called Larian Studios worked on the creation of the project.

Plot

The plot revolves around a confrontation against a race of powerful Illithid beings who are endowed with incredible abilities. Outwardly, they resemble mutants with the features of underwater kraken monsters. They reproduce by introducing their larvae into the brain of another creature, which gradually eat the brain and lead to the death of the carrier. However, these same larvae provide incredible opportunities for a lifetime, such as telepathic communication with other illithids.

The main character turns out to be a prisoner of these creatures, who is being held on a ship. A larva has already been planted in his head, but the character does not want to be an incubator and escapes. He decides to find a way to get rid of the parasite and thereby declares war on the illithids in order to eradicate it.

Gameplay

Baldur's Gate III is a role–playing video game set in a medieval fantasy world. This series is considered to be a classic, as it has been pleasing fans for many years with its stability and interesting deeply developed setting.

Among the key gameplay features of the RPG , it is necessary to highlight:

• you need to manage not one character, but a whole group;
• each of the companions is a hero with his own character, disposition, history;
• the ability to create your own hero, customizing his race, appearance, character, class and skills;
• the battles are completely turn-based;
• the presence of stealth mechanics, which, if necessary, will help to avoid
