DreamBreak: Deluxe Edition (2016) PC

DreamBreak is an unusual adventure video game, the events of which take place in an alternate reality – in the cyberpunk USSR, after the Cold War. The game is associated with such classics as Flashback or Another World – both in terms of gameplay and graphics.

The project was developed and released by the Russian studio Aist.

Description

You take control of Evgeny, a typical resident of a cyberpunk Soviet city, which is under the control of ruthless special services. Our hero is accidentally involved in events related to an unexplained murder, deadly robots and a sinister conspiracy. Will the protagonist be able to distinguish an enemy from a friend? Will he be able to solve the mystery and survive in his difficult situation?

Gameplay

The mechanics of DreamBreak is a combination of a platform and a traditional point and click adventure game, however, the creators also decided to include some additional elements of mechanics – we can, for example, ride a bike, hack drones, solve puzzles, go to nightclubs, and from time to time participate in shootouts that require the use of a pistol and a portable device that generates a force field, and overcoming various enemies requires the use of a variety of tactics.
