Redeemer is a bloody arcade action game from the Russian developer Sokaba Studio, where you will destroy your enemies with various weapons and in large quantities.

Plot

The story is pretty simple, but it works really well. You play the role of Vasily, a former mercenary who sought refuge in a monastery to hide and repent for his former lifestyle, but despite all his efforts, he cannot stop the abduction and murder of his newfound brothers. Returning to what he knows best, he commits himself to revenge.

Gameplay

Redeemer is presented from the top view and has interesting mechanics. There are standard and combined strikes. Players can strike in stealth mode by sneaking up on the enemy, and they can pick up melee weapons like axes, batons and wrenches, as well as firearms such as machine guns, pistols and shotguns.

You can have one melee weapon and one pistol at your disposal at all times. And your gun will be with you as long as there is ammunition. Both types of weapons have energy meters, so they break as a result, and in the case of weapons, they will be thrown away if there is no ammunition left.

You can block the attacks of most enemies. Melee attacks can also be parried to give you a chance to make a counterattack. And unlike most games, the counter window is large enough for you to parry without too much trouble. The final maneuver is a cinematic murder that has several execution options.

Features:

• every kill results in some health being returned to you, which is important because there is no other way to replenish your health;
• players can't update stats, so everything you learned at the beginning is something that will stay with you until the end.;
