"Empire Earth: Trilogy" is a collection-trilogy of real-time strategies. A common feature of all three games is a huge time span, measured over millennia, during which a gamer must develop a part of human civilization from primitive clans to modern society, defending himself from encroachments and engaging in interventions himself.

Empire Earth Gold Edition

This game, released in 2001, gave gamers half a million years to develop their society. To facilitate the task , this whole huge period is divided into fourteen epochs:

1. Prehistoric.
2. Stone.
3. Copper.
4. Bronze.
5. Dark.
6. Medieval.
7. Rebirth.
8. The Age of Empires.
9. Industrial.
10. The First World War.
11. World War II.
12. Modernity.
13. Information.
14. Nanotechnology.

The gameplay has four campaigns: Greek (Hellas), English, German and Russian.

Empire Earth 2 Gold Edition

In this part, the time interval of human development was slightly shortened, giving the gamer the opportunity to control civilization for the entire 13,000 years, divided into 15 epochs. But not only the amount of time and their segments, this part differs from the first:

1. A city manager appeared, speeding up the distribution of workers by resources.
2. A picture-in-picture view has been introduced, which makes it possible to observe different sections of the map.
3. The ability to send war plans to all kinds of players (real and computer).
4. A terrain map has been developed for conducting combat operations.

And the special chic was given by the opportunity to choose one of the 18 sides for development.

Empire Earth 3

Unlike the previous parts, the "Troika" allows:

1. Choose one of the three sides (West, Middle East and East) that have their own special advantages.
2. The entire planet is available for battle, divided into dozens of sectors.
3. For the battle mode, you can create random maps with new outlines of continents.
