Middle-earth: Shadow of War is an action RPG, the second part of the series, which takes place in one of the most famous literary universes – in the worlds of Tolkien.

Description

"Shadow of War", which is how the name of this part is translated, is the second game in its line. Being developed by a studio like Monolith Productions, it continues the traditions of the last episode, while significantly improving a large number of mechanics and various game features.

The plot is a direct continuation of Shadow Of Mordor: the protagonist is still Talion, the guardian of the Black Gate, traveling with Celebrimbor, a powerful ghost who was once the best blacksmith of all Middle-earth. However, it was our hero's traveling companion who caused the events taking place in the world: once upon a time, in the Second Age of Middle-earth, he deceived everyone, created rings of power not only for all races, but also for Sauron, after which he was eternally cursed.

Now both protagonists are trying to correct their past mistakes, namely to destroy Sauron in any way. For this purpose, in the flame of the Fatal Mountain, a blacksmith from the people of the elves created another ring of power, only, unlike his predecessors, a light one. Will Talion and Celebrimbor be able to complete the task? This is exactly what the player will have to find out.

Features of the game:

1. The world recreated based on the novels of J. R. R. Tolkien will appeal not only to fans of the series, but also to those who enter the project dedicated to this universe for the first time.
2. The system of relations, famous even in the first part, has been significantly improved. Now each player creates his own story of Middle-earth.
3. The storming of fortresses, which appeared only in the second part, will appeal to all fans of large-scale battles.
