Firewatch is a computer video game in the genre of adventure quest, which was created by the young studios Panic and Campo Santo, for whom this project was the debut.

Plot

The main character is a man named Henry, who works as a caretaker of one of the fire towers in Yellowstone National Park. The man is the only person within the next few hundred miles. Endless forests separate it from civilization.

The only person with whom a man manages to communicate is his boss named Delilah, who periodically contacts him on the radio. 

One day Delilah calls the hero and informs him that someone was setting off fireworks in the forest. Henry goes on a search. Upon returning to the tower, the protagonist discovers that someone has entered here in his absence. So the main character understands that he is far from alone in the forest. 

Gameplay

The game boasts the following features:

• an open game world that amazes with stunning views and landscapes;
• your choice determines the fate of the characters and their attitude to the main character;
• the game offers to solve a lot of interesting puzzles;
• each location opens up new facets of the plot and the game world.

The players are presented with a classic adventure quest, where the emphasis is not on active actions, but on exploring the game world and solving interesting puzzles. The player's words influence the development of a relationship with the only person with whom Henry keeps in touch.

Graphics

The developers have managed to create a fairly extensive and open game world, which is represented by the forests of Yellowstone National Park. The game has a dynamic day and night shift system. The graphics in Firewatch are hand-drawn and do not load the computer, but at the same time it boasts excellent detail of each object of the surrounding world. Special attention should be paid t
