Prototype 2 (2012) PC | RePack by R.G. Mechanics

Prototype 2 is a computer video game in the action genre. It is a direct plot continuation of the original game. The unchanging studio Radical Entertainment worked on its development.

Plot

Mercer along with the epidemic of the virus that turns people into mutants disappear. It seemed that the city was saved, but a year later Mercer returns and causes another outbreak of the epidemic. The new main character is the American military James Heller, in an attempt to stop the culprit of the epidemic, he himself becomes infected and receives Mercer's powers. The corporation, whose forces created the virus, captivates the main character and puts experiments on him. James manages to escape to the near destruction of New York by the virus. He is driven by a desire for revenge on Mercer.

Gameplay

The gameplay has acquired the following innovations:

• the city is now divided into three zones, where each of them is infected to a different extent;
• side quests are closely related to the main storyline;
• abilities have been replaced with mutations, which are divided into groups: Defense, Attack, Movement and Skill;
• changed destructive attacks;
• the main character is able to tear off heavy weapons from equipment and use it in battle;
• new opponents have appeared;
• new abilities that expand the capabilities of the main character.

The main character is able not only to run through the streets of the city, but also to climb buildings. Thanks to his abilities, James runs along walls and jumps tens of meters up without any problems. He also does not need to use transport – the hero runs at a speed that exceeds the speed of the car.  

Graphics

The game world is represented by the city of New York. It is completely open for James to explore. The game engine is capable of displaying hundreds of characters and equipment simultaneously. In Prototype 2 there is a lot of bloodshed, violent scenes, there is dismemberment of bodies and othe
