Against the Storm

Against the Storm is a city-building simulator with elements of survival and strategy, in the course of which players are sent to a fantasy world that is dying from a global natural cataclysm.

Overview

The universe of Against the Storm is a huge fictional world where animals with anthropomorphic features live instead of humans. They also like mankind, built their civilisations and evolved. Everything changed when global downpours began on the continent - they do not stop and cause serious floods that destroy entire villages and even cities.

Because of the floods, one of the powerful civilisations is gradually dying. The queen of this state gives the task to the main character - one of her closest associates, to go to the numerous cities of the country and do everything possible for them, so that they could withstand the impending storm.

Gameplay

Among the main features of the gameplay of the simulator Against the Storm should be noted:

1. All locations and settlements are randomly procedurally generated before the start of the mission, due to which the player cannot know exactly what lies ahead.
2. Thanks to procedural generation, the video game boasts excellent replayability.
3. Quite low system requirements - the strategy runs easily even on weak PCs.
4. The need to create production chains.
5. It is important to extract and process resources, as well as take care of the population of cities and villages.
