New Cycle is a long-awaited novelty, as its atmosphere and setting are quite reminiscent of Frostpunk, which collected a lot of awards and became a benchmark for many in the genre.

The simulator takes players to a setting where mankind has to survive, fighting with the nature itself, which has changed a lot after the most powerful solar flares. They changed the climate on Earth and caused a shift in the climatic seasons. People are also in distress from regular natural disasters.

In this gloomy world, the protagonist fulfils the role of the mayor of a large city, and his task is to develop the settlement and maintain order. The main goal is to provide humanity with a bright future in such an unfavourable world.
