RAILGRADE

RAILGRADE is a complex, and therefore incredibly interesting city-building simulator, in which the emphasis is not on the development of the metropolis, but on the construction of railways, because it is those in the framework of the presented setting are the main engine of progress.

Overview

Actions take place in an alternate reality, where human civilisation has experienced a catastrophic crisis. Now the restoration of cities and economy has begun, and the key role in this is played by trains. Gamer is the owner of a large railway company, which must restore the economy of the whole country. To do this, you will need to build not only railways and buy trains, but also to build cities, businesses, factories and plants, and then transport products between megacities. 

Gameplay

RAILGRADE is not the most dynamic game, but it will definitely suit those who like strategies, where you need to think a lot and plan ahead. Its gameplay is characterised by the following features:

1. Deep customisation of each individual train.
2. The ability to build dozens of types of buildings.
3. The gamer will have tools with which he can change the landscape.
4. The strategy does not offer absolute freedom of action - there are tasks that are important to fulfil in order to receive bonus resources and additional income.
5. In addition to the single-player campaign with more than 30 levels, there is a sandbox format.
6. Not bad graphics as a typical representative of the genre.
