Black Mesa

Black Mesa is a remake of the cult sci-fi action film Half-Life, which allows you to revisit the classic, but now it is presented in more modern graphics and built on a good engine, which makes it much closer to the younger generation of gamers. 

Overview

The storyline has not undergone any changes. As before, you can play as a scientist Gordon Freeman, who works at the secret military-scientific facility "Black Mesa". Gordon is one of the leading specialists, who made a number of mistakes, because of which a catastrophe occurred during the experiment - there was an opening of a portal from the world of Zen, inhabited by very aggressive alien organisms. Immediately after the opening of the portal, they began to infiltrate the base, destroying all the personnel. The protagonist must correct the mistakes of the experiment and escape from the base, because the corporation, for which the protagonist works, is going to wipe it off the face of the Earth, so as not to leave any traces. 

Gameplay

Among the main gameplay chips of the Black Mesa shooter you need to highlight:

1. Significantly improved graphics - of course to the level of AA-projects it does not reach the level of AA-projects, but still provides the necessary level of comfort.
2. There are elements of horror.
3. Dangerous opponents and among them are not only aliens, but also soldiers of the corporation, who want to kill all the witnesses.
4. A number of non-player characters can be interacted with and fought together with them against enemies.
5. A wide variety of weapons - mostly firearms, but there are also cold and alien weapons. 
6. Significantly improved physics compared to the original.
