FRONT MISSION 1st: Remake

FRONT MISSION 1st: Remake is a re-release of the already iconic real-time strategy video game that takes you to an alternate future setting and tells the story of two corporations using mechs in combat.

Review

In an alternate future on the planet, there is a confrontation between two powerful corporations, O.C.U. and U.C.S., each with their own plans to establish hegemony in the world. The gamer can go through a story campaign for each side to understand each side of the conflict. The main character, Royd Clive, remains unchanged. As part of the playthrough, the protagonist must be helped to find his missing bride. 

Gameplay

Among the main features of the gameplay strategy FRONT MISSION 1st: Remake should be highlighted:

1. You can choose between the classic graphics mode and the modern mode, where the first offers the original picture and the second - improved in the remake.
2. Battles take place in turn-based format and require the player to think through his actions several steps ahead.
3. The soundtrack is re-recorded and sounds much clearer.
4. Ability to customize mechs, including their armament and appearance.
5. In the course of the campaign you can upgrade your mech pilots, unlocking new useful abilities and thereby increasing their effectiveness in combat.
6. The entire gameplay revolves entirely around combat - there is no need to build anything or mine resources.
