Third Front: WWII

Third Front: WWII is a turn–based strategy video game that takes you into the period of the most terrible and bloody conflict in the history of mankind – the Second World War.

Review

Gamers are offered to complete a single-player campaign for one of three factions: the Allied forces (USA and Great Britain), Germany and the USSR. Each of them has its own sets of troops – infantry, equipment, artillery and aircraft.

The actions take place on a large map, which is represented by almost the entire globe with the exception of the US territory and the Pacific Front itself. Each country is unique in its own way - Germany relies on perfectly armored heavy tanks, the Allies have excellent aviation, and the Red Army relies on high morale and numbers.

Gameplay

Among the main gameplay features of the turn-based strategy Third Front: WWII, it is important to note:

1. Players have unlimited freedom of action – no strict goals and missions are set before them, and therefore they can do as they see fit.
2. To develop a faction, users must develop the economy, seize territory and hire troops.
3. All battles take place in a step–by-step mode, and gamers control them as if in a card game - players move cards to the battlefield, each of which is a unit of the army (from infantry to armored divisions).
4. The user will not need such skills as microcontrol and reaction speed – the main thing is to resort to tactics and think through all actions in advance.
