SpellForce: Conquest of Eo

SpellForce: Conquest of Eo is a turn-based strategy video game with RPG elements, the action of which unfolds in a fantasy universe called Eo. 

Review

This part is significantly different from the previous ones. If before it was a combination of real-time strategy and RPG, now everything happens in turn-based format, and the system of pumping characters and fighters greatly simplified. 

The storyline is about a talented wizard who is the protector of the world of Eo. In the past, his ancient order failed and allowed the dark sorcerers to seize power on the continent. Now the protagonist has a goal to return everything back to normal - to expel the usurper and return the former prosperity. 

Gameplay

Among the key gameplay features of the strategy SpellForce: Conquest of Eo should be noted:

1. The player can upgrade not only heroes, but also ordinary fighters.
2. There are elements of construction - the player must develop a magical tower and build new rooms in it, which give bonuses.
3. The virtual world is populated by many fabulous races and creatures.
4. Before the passage begins, the gamer can choose one of three archetypes for his character, including alchemist, wizard and necromancer.
5. In combat, not only your own fighters, but also magical spells are allowed to be used.
