Manor Lords is a sandbox game that sets the player a single goal. It consists of capturing as much territory as possible and not being destroyed by your neighbors. There are no specific tasks and quests, so the freedom of action is really impressive and the player can choose which path to follow. 

Directly protagonist in the role of the ruler of a small settlement, which should develop and turn into a thriving city, and then create a series of cities. Do not forget about the fact that you have to constantly fight, commanding the large armies.

The main gameplay features of the strategy video game Manor Lords are:

1. It is necessary to extract resources from the surrounding world.
2. There is a great variety of buildings, where each one has not only a unique appearance, but also the purpose - one stores the wood, and the second forged swords for soldiers.
3. Requires to hire units, which can be collected into squads and units that will help line up fighters in battle - so you can get an advantage on the battlefield.
4. All battles take place in real time, so the player will have a little time to make decisions.
5. There is a dynamic system of changing the weather conditions, time of day and season.
6. The game constantly throws up events, such as diseases or invading barbarians, with which you must quickly cope.
