In the 1980s, a serious crisis was already progressing in the Soviet Union, and on all levels - there were shortages of goods, continued problems in the leadership, and between political forces. Finally, there was the bloody war in Afghanistan and the Union was losing, which was oppressing the population.

During this period, the protagonist enters - he has to lead the world's largest state and do his best to ensure that the Soviet Union does not collapse under the weight of external and internal problems and adversaries.
