Resident Evil 4 HD Project is a fan remake of one of the most popular parts of the famous line of Resident Evil, which has significantly improved the level of graphics, which makes the horror playable on the background of modern novelties.

Review

The storyline has not undergone any changes. The action unfolds 6 years after the Resident Evil 2 events, when the T-virus outbreak started. The plot centers on the familiar character Leon Kennedy, who is a close friend of the president of the United States.

That is why on a mission to save the president's daughter was chosen. The kidnappers according to intelligence took refuge in a Spanish village. Upon arrival, the protagonist learns that all the villagers have been exposed to the T-virus and will become a serious problem in achieving the goal. 

Gameplay

Resident Evil 4 gameplay itself also remained unchanged. Only the visual design was improved. All textures became more detailed, the movements are smooth and the quality of special effects is a bit better. 

As for the gameplay itself, it still offers the following:

1. A high level of difficulty due to the constant scarcity of consumables and ammo.
2. Limited inventory, which forces the gamer to constantly choose between useful items.
3. Dangerous opponents with high damage and good survivability.
4. Spectacular QTE scenes.
5. Horror elements and numerous scrimmages.
