The Blackout Club is a fascinating survival simulator with an original story and interesting gameplay, which is sure not to leave fans of the genre indifferent.

Review

The action of the video game unfolds in the fictional American town of Redake. The settlement is located in what is known as the Quiet Zone, a large area in the middle of the country where the government has established a blockade of radio transmissions in favor of secret experiments. The inhabitants of this town can communicate with each other, but not with the rest of the world. 

All of the adults here suffer from sleepwalking at night, and in the morning they wake up and remember nothing of what has happened. A group of teenage friends also suffer from sleepwalking, which caused them to wake up in the middle of the night in the most unusual places. They told adults and even the police about it, but no one believed them. Realizing that something wrong is going on in their home world, they set up a club. Heroes need to figure it all out, especially considering the fact that just recently disappeared without a trace of a close friend. 

Gameplay

Among the main gameplay features of the horror The Blackout Club should be noted:

1. There is both a cooperative passing format and a solo mode.
2. Gamers will team up to complete randomly generated creatures coming from the club.
3. Missions are quite varied, from hanging posters to searching for evidence of the deeds of some evil cult.
4. Townspeople are divided into two types - sighted (as you can easily guess, they use their eyes and can easily spot the characters, so they need to hide from them) and sleeping (they rely solely on their hearing, so children must be quiet when they meet them).
5. If characters encounter adults very often, they will begin to be haunted by the sinister creature.
6. Persians can confront adults in several ways - distraction, stunning, and putting them to sleep.
7. Children use various gadgets, like a crossbow with tranquilizers, firecrackers, a hook-cat, a shocker, and so on.
