Bayonetta 2 is a sequel to the popular slasher series about the adventures of the mighty witch Bayonetta, who wakes up after a long nap and tries to remember who she is and gets involved in a centuries-old war between the forces of darkness and light.

The protagonist has been plunged into a magical slumber for the past 500 years. When the heroine awakened, she remembered nothing of her past. The only thing she found near her was a mysterious piece of jewelry, which is actually an ancient artifact called the Left Eye of the World. 

After discovering the true purpose of this item, the protagonist intends to find the other half. Together, these Eyes give her the ability to observe and manipulate time. The forces of light, represented by powerful angels, will oppose her. 

Gameplay

Among the main gameplay features of Bayonetta 2 slasher should be noted:

1. A very colorful combat system with a lot of vivid special effects and acrobatic tricks.
2. The ability to perform complex combinations that are not only spectacular, but also cause a lot of damage.
