At the center of the story are four very unusual brothers - Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello and Raphael. What makes them unusual is that they are mutant turtles, who, thanks to a toxin from the lab, are not inferior to humans in their intelligence, and thanks to their teacher, a rat, fight much better than anyone.

After the turtles grew up, they began to fight the criminals of New York. Their main enemy is Schrader, the leader of a powerful clan that wants to take over the world. In addition, the turtles and their teacher have personal scenes with this antagonist.
