Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge is one of the best parts of the franchise about the adventures of the famous Ninja Turtles, which has collected many awards and is the most prominent representative of the "beat them all" genre.

Review

The storyline begins as the Turtles, along with their friends and teacher, watch the news on television and see a report that shows that their longtime foe, Shredder, has returned and has joined forces with Krang. Together they capture the Statue of Liberty. 

The Turtles, aided by Splinter's teacher, April O'Neil and Casey Jones, head to the statue and engage the enemy. There, their rivals lure them into another dimension, and the protagonists go after them. Thus, Shredder and Krang distract the heroes' attention and turn the famous monument into the Statue of Tyrants. In addition, the antagonist discover new abilities, so this battle for the fighters against evil will be the most difficult for all their adventures.

Gameplay

Among the main gameplay features of the arcade action Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge should be noted:

1. A total of 6 main playable characters are available - Splinter, Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo, Donatello, April and additionally you can still unlock Casey Jones.
2. Each character has unique attacks and abilities, which can also be combined to deal more damage.
3. In addition to the classic single-player playthrough format, you can create co-op and fight the enemies with your best friends.
4. There's an arcade mode (offers a chance to try the strength and pass the story with a limited number of lives) and campaign (the main format, where the gamer can restore health, improve characters and switch to different Persians).
