The events of Afterlife VR take place in a large psychiatric hospital far out of town, where the protagonist is sent in response to a call. Here he will have to face the consequences of monstrous experiments on people.

Adam Bernhard is a young police officer who not so long ago was a regular trainee and now goes on his first call. He goes to a mental hospital where, according to information from a call, brutal events have occurred. When he arrives he sees before him a monstrous picture - all the doctors have been brutally murdered, and the crazy patients are now roaming freely in the corridors. 

In addition to them, there are very strange people here, who are endowed with unique paranormal skills. Notably, this is where the protagonist also discovers his supernatural abilities - he can use telekinesis. Before getting out of the hospital the hero must first learn all the details of the experiments on the so-called indigo children.
