"Party Hard" is a two-dimensional indie game, which is a kind of simulator of a person angry at noisy neighbors. A ruthless genius of cold revenge, who decided to go to extreme measures to punish all those responsible for his insomnia.

Plot

The main character is a man driven to madness by constant parties. To be precise, there are four heroes. All of them have only one thing in common – they are all, as the description says, "guys who tried to get some sleep." The game is quite similar to the sensational "Hotline Miami" both stylistically, and its cruelty, and its complexity, but, unlike it, it does not have any thoughtful and serious plot.

It all starts with a small student party in a neighboring house, where young people, absolutely not realizing that someone from the neighbors is waiting for an early rise, someone has children sleeping, and someone, perhaps, is so old and sick that any stress may be the last, have fun with all their might. Here the protagonist takes out a hockey mask, his knife and goes to teach them a lesson. Having dealt with them, he apparently got into the taste, so he decided to arrange a tour of many other establishments in America.

Gameplay

The goal of the game is to kill a certain number of people at a party. At the disposal of the player for this, as already noted, a knife, as well as a large variety of improvised means:

• a parked car that can suddenly roll down the road;
• a pot of punch, and begging for something to be poured into it;
• a barrel in which something is burning may turn out to be the last refuge for someone;
• a tree standing right outside the window will help spoil someone's attempt at contemplation of the view, etc.

Some killing methods may change on the same map after it is restarted, and new ones will appear in their place. For example, in place of a room with a drug lab, where fuel cans were everywhere, there may be an ordinary room with a fireplace or a punch container will disappear from the table. This adds a kind of randomization to the game, which will make one race more successful and diverse than the other. As you progress through certain parties, the location will change, and, accordingly, the number of ways of killing will expand.
