Iron Lung

Iron Lung is a video game in the genre of psychological horror in a sci–fi setting, which takes place in a distant alternate reality - on a distant planet where unexplained anomalies occur.

Review

The protagonist is an experienced scientist and researcher who explores the ocean of a mysterious planet, as signs of an anomaly have been noticed in it. No one can explain a series of mysterious events that always eventually lead to one ending – entire planets disappear without a trace. This is preceded by strange phenomena that people are trying to study as a protagonist.

The main character is an experienced submarine captain who has been exploring the ocean for several months now and is trying to explain the nature of these phenomena based on the collected data.

Gameplay

The main gameplay chips of psychological horror Iron Lung are:

1. Most of the time the gamer will spend on a large submarine, which can be freely explored. There is also an opportunity to briefly choose outside to explore the virtual world.
2. Despite the fact that the game positions itself as a horror, there are no explicit scenes of horror and the enemy – the fear here is caused by the gloomy atmosphere and the escalating events taking place.
3. There is no classic map – you will have to navigate only at the expense of a paper map, which will cause a lot of difficulties.
4. The user is not assigned certain tasks and quests in the magazine – most actions will have to be thought out on their own.
