Wolfenstein: Youngblood

Wolfenstein: Youngblood is a first–person shooter video game set in an alternate universe in 1980, where the Germans managed to win World War II and establish their own regime on the entire planet.

Plot

The action takes place in 1980 – almost 20 years after the finale of the previous part. The main character of the line – Blaskowitz, disappeared without a trace, but managed to make a revolution in the world. Thanks to his participation, the resistance managed to completely liberate the United States, and then retake Africa and Asia. However, the Third Reich still tightly holds its positions in Europe.

This time the narration is conducted on behalf of the daughters of Blaskowitz, who are also members of the resistance. They dream of finding their missing father, and therefore go to Europe, which coincides with the plans of the allies to liberate these lands.

Gameplay

Among the main gameplay features of the sci-fi action movie Wolfenstein: Youngblood, it is important to highlight:

1. Unlike the previous parts, the developers have added the possibility of cooperative passage for two real users.
2. If a gamer prefers a single-player campaign, then the role of the second main character will be played by AI.
3. There is a possibility of leveling characters – each protagonist has his own set of perks and characteristics.
4. There is also a function for improving weapons and customizing them.
5. The levels have ceased to be linear and have become more open, which gives room for maneuver.
6. Most tasks can now be performed in several ways.
