Wolfenstein Anthology

Wolfenstein Anthology is a complete collection of computer video games in the genre of action adventure and first–person shooter with elements of stealth, the events of which unfold around the confrontation with the Third Reich.

The key character of the series is B.J. Blaskowitz - an experienced American fighter and spy who encountered fantastic technologies by a German and the results of their occult experiments.

The famous American studio id Software, which developed most of the games, worked on the creation of the series. Also, studios such as Muse Software, Arkane Studios, Raven Software and others took part in the creation of the series.

The series consists of the following parts:

1. Wolfenstein: The New Order.
2. Wolfenstein: The Old Blood.
3. Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus.
4. Wolfenstein: Youngblood and others.

Gameplay Features

Initially, the series positioned itself as an action game with elements of stealth, but then gradually the franchise began to turn into a third-person shooter.

A complete revolution in the genre occurred after the release of Wolfenstein in 2009. Then the series began to acquire new gameplay features, including the addition of a character leveling system. Also in the following parts, for the first time, a certain freedom of action was added – if earlier everything happened exclusively according to the script and the player could only perform plot tasks, now he has the opportunity to "get off the path".
