Lara continues the work of her father, who, having never found the source of eternal life, committed suicide. Believing in his rightness, the daughter decides to bring the matter to an end. The heroine goes in search of the "Russian Atlantis" - the city of Kitezh. According to legend, when the enemy came close to the city, its inhabitants did not take swords and bows, but began to read prayers and ask for help from the Almighty. As a result, the city simply failed in front of the enemy, disappeared from view. What happened to him next: blooms and now in the underworld, frozen in a glacier or something else - is not known. It is in Kitezh that the very source of eternal life is located, and the warrior goes to him.

The city was located at the mouth of the Volga, in the vast Nizhny Novgorod region, but the developers placed it in Siberia. And in the middle of Siberia there was an oasis where the climate is far from the same as in the surrounding taiga.

The second part of the game takes place in landscapes from Skyrim: bursting birches, Russian huts with columns of smoke, frozen streams, and nearby there is a majestic temple built by a clearly different civilization, which was able to handle stone better than modern ones.

Adventures

Lara will have to do everything she did before: explore caves, abandoned catacombs, warehouses, climb trees and cables, track down animals and people, study abandoned mines and look for improvements for weapons. The location is divided in two: the first part is typical Siberia, the second is green and warm thanks to geysers. To increase interest in all places on the map, in the most dangerous and remote corners, the developers have placed parts for modifying weapons. But packs of wolves or a brown bear can live in such a cave or ruins so that life does not seem like honey. In an abandoned temple, you can also get a useful skill by solving the puzzle after the extermination of all those who strive to eat the warrior.

Numerous fragments of notes will allow you to plunge into the subtleties of Mongolian mythology and the Greek part of the story concerning the confrontation of the Prophet and the Trinity, which is much more interesting than Lara voicing her actions.

Four types of weapons are available to subdue the enemy: a pistol, a bow (with explosive and burning arrows), a shotgun and a rifle. Homemade grenades and Molotov cocktails ca
