Now everyone has the opportunity to realize this dream with the help of City Life 2008 Edition - a new generation construction simulator. The developers set a difficult task for the players - to manage every aspect of the life of the entire city and make it a great place for citizens to live. The player will have to design, build and develop the city of his dreams.

Features of the game

You can play either in scenario mode, in which you need to start your career in an already built city, or in free mode, in which everything is built from scratch at the discretion of the player.

Regardless of the game mode, you need to take care of every detail:

• monitor the operation of power plants to light up the streets;
• build residential areas for citizens;
• create companies and firms for the employment of citizens;
• construction of shopping malls, hospitals, schools;
• development of transport infrastructure and a network of public transport stops;
• maintaining a balance between booming production and environmental pollution problems.

The latest version of the game offers the player another challenge – different social classes of citizens. This feature will have to be taken into account when creating residential areas. The mayor will need to establish contact between 6 different subcultures. If this duty is neglected, you will have to deal with riots, racial conflicts, demonstrations and daily riots.

The latest version contains 23 additional maps, as well as the ability to import satellite maps. There are also 60 new buildings, including London landmarks such as St Paul's Cathedral and the Royal Opera House Covent Garden.
