Painkiller: Revolution NecroKiller [1.0] (2016) PC

Painkiller: Revolution NecroKiller is a domestic modification of the Polish first–person shooter developed by People Can Fly. The mod is an original game ported from the Irish Havok to the non-mobile with all its advantages. The only person who worked on the project was Sergey Dovlatov under the nickname Diavol, who died in December 2016 due to a bloody murder. All 34 original levels are present in the modification.

Origins

Painkiller is not an original shooter. Everything a gamer will see in the hellish world was in games like Doom, Serious Sam and Quake. The plagiarism was claimed by the Poles themselves in an interview after the release of the game, which takes place in purgatory and hell. Several dozen levels are absolutely not connected by scenery and style, as in Quake III, but the general atmosphere of gloom, gloom and horror is present (an abandoned mental hospital, medieval castles, abandoned factories).

Plot

Daniel went with his wife Eva to a restaurant on her birthday, but because of the fog he got into a fatal accident for both. A few decades later, his soul is informed that in order to go to heaven, the hero needs to destroy four generals serving Lucifer. Without hesitating for a long time, Daniel accepts the conditions, takes a card that allows you to monitor the movement of the enemy, and a potion that gives the ability to absorb the souls of fallen enemies.

After the murder of the first general, the hero meets his wife. She will tell him about the location of the second servant of the underworld. After fulfilling the terms of the contract, it turned out that the hero's soul is clean and ready to go to Heaven, and at this moment one of the demons takes Eve to Hell. Daniel refuses to go to heaven and goes after his wife, simultaneously intending to destroy Lucifer, so that he no longer attacks Paradise after regrouping troops.

Inventory

Tarot cards are a way to improve the main character. The cards give the following abilities:

• increase health by 50%;
• accelerate recharge;
• they will allow you to turn into a demon;
• regenerate health at a critically low rate;
• they suck more energy out of the souls.

To obtain these abilities, it is necessary to fulfill additional conditions, passing the level: use only a saw to kill enemies (the level of intelligence of opponents will allow you to do this without much effort), detect all ammunition and others.
