King’s Bounty II

King's Bounty II is a computer video game in the RPG genre with elements of turn–based strategy, the events of which unfold in a fantasy universe standing on the brink of death.

At the moment, the game is in the final stages of development, but there are plenty of details about the gameplay and plot on the web to put together a complete picture of the expected continuation of the famous line.

An unchanged domestic team called 1C Game Studios is working on the creation of the project.

Plot

The universe that appeared in the previous two parts has long been in ruins – now, in place of Endoria and Teana, there is a huge state of Nostria, which stretches across the entire continent.

Until recently, this country was strong and prosperous, but something was wrong at the borders – they were struck by a disaster that was nicknamed Perdition. People from the outskirts began to break into the interior of the country en masse, the cities were packed, hunger and unrest began in Nostria. The situation is aggravated by the counties, which felt the weakening of the emperor's power and began to demand independence.

Gameplay

There were no drastic changes in the gameplay of King's Bounty II compared to the previous part – the game mechanics remained the same, but numerous elements were introduced that made it more flexible and modern.

Among the key gameplay features of the RPG , it is necessary to highlight:

• now units gain experience in combat, can increase their characteristics and improve equipment;
