Destiny is a console video game in the genre of a third–person shooter, the events of which unfold in the distant future, where there is only one city of people left. He is protected by special warriors, who are called Guardians – they are able to fight not only by force of arms, but also by magic, which the Light grants them.

Destiny is a huge and well–developed video game that has been called one of the most influential in the last decade.

An American team called Bungie worked on the creation of the project.

Plot

In the distant future, people begin exploring the planet Mars, where they find a huge sphere, which they call the "Wanderer". It looks like a huge living organism encased in a cybernetic shell. Later, the sphere arrives to Earth and gives some warriors a special power "Light", as a result of which they are able to use new high technologies donated by the "Wanderer", as well as powerful magic.

However, very soon an attack begins on Earth from numerous alien races, which are driven by the desire to destroy the "Wanderer" and his human allies.

Gameplay

Destiny combines the genres of MMORPG and shooter with a third-person view. And the events of the video game unfold in an open virtual world. However, the project cannot be called a classic MMORPG, since the game itself chooses which players the user can meet with in the general world.

Among the key gameplay features of the project, it is necessary to highlight:

• character leveling system;
• three character classes: Warlock, hunter and Titan, as well as several subclasses for each of them;
• players meet mainly at special events that allow players to fight against AI or PvP, and the former are much more common;
• customization system – you can change the appearance and armament of a character with the help of numerous tools, as well as by searching for new weapons and equipment elements;
