Fimbul is a computer video game that harmoniously combines the genres of platformer, action and arcade. The events unfold in the well-known era of the Vikings, who faced a harsh winter, as well as the approaching end of the world, known to the Scandinavians as Ragnarok. Plot

In the Middle Ages, brave and warlike Viking tribes lived on the territory of the Scandinavian Islands, who raided the coasts of European states for centuries. But now the war has come to their native land – an ancient prophecy has begun to come true. The end of the old gods of Asgard has come, and therefore the whole old world – Ragnarok will begin very soon.

Powerful creatures from Scandinavian myths have already begun to penetrate our world, and the warlike Vikings decided not to give up – they will fight, no matter how strong the enemy is. You will control one of the brave warriors who decided to stop Ragnarok.

Gameplay

Fimbul in its style and plot very much resembles the masterpiece RPG The Banner Saga, but the project still has its own distinctive features, including:

• a wide variety of opponents from ancient myths, including trolls, Jotun giants, as well as other Vikings, because enmity between tribes is a common thing;
• a multi-faceted and at the same time intuitive combat system that allows you to fight in close combat with various types of cold weapons;
• a complex storyline, which implies several options for the outcome of the event, and therefore there is an opportunity to return to the "fork" and act differently to see a different ending.;
