Desolate is a computer video game in the genre of adventure quest, horror with elements of survival and RPG with a first–person view. The action takes place on the island of the Border, which suffered a catastrophe that caused the appearance of mutants. Plot

The small island of the Border is known to the public as a place where various kinds of experiments were carried out. As a result of one of them, a disaster occurred. The organization "New World", which was responsible for the experiment, hid the fact of the disaster from the public.

To correct the consequences, they hire a large group of Volunteers who will have to explore an island full of dangers, teeming with anomalies and mutants. Most of the Volunteers are green novices who didn't even have combat and survival skills.

Gameplay

Desolate is a video game in which the developers successfully mixed several genres, and therefore in the end turned out to be an interesting action game with elements of survival. Among the key features of the project are:

• the opportunity to join a team consisting of four fighters;
• leveling up a character;
• a huge variety of weapons and equipment – collect only the best items that will make your hero a killing machine and survival;
• advanced item crafting system;
• an open-to-explore virtual world with many dangers and enemies;
• the opponents are represented not only by mutants, but also by people who have their own views on the island
