Hieroglyphika is an exciting video game that combines elements characteristic of the roguelike and RPG genre, in which you explore labyrinths buried under the sand and try to comprehend the mystery hidden in a monumental structure.

Description

The events unfold in Egypt, where the main character, Howard Carter, was trapped inside an ancient pyramid that sank deep into the desert sands. And before he gets out of prison, he will face deadly threats lurking at every turn in a giant building.

Gameplay

In Hieroglyphika you have to explore the tunnels of labyrinths filled with sarcophagi, in which we will find useful equipment, such as elements of armor and weapons, as well as texts written in the language of the inhabitants of ancient Egypt – their decoding will allow you to study magic spells. The actions take place in a step–by-step mode - this applies to both exploration and collision with opponents. The player should attach great importance to planning subsequent moves, because using the wrong tactics can lead to the death of the main character. When the protagonist says goodbye to life, the only option for the development of events is to resume the game anew.
