Plot

The events take place in the 1960s - long before the actions of the main XCOM universe. The USA becomes the place of action. The FBI is a unique organization that also investigates any cases and mentions about aliens. Over many years of research, they have managed to confirm their existence.

The aliens behind the FBI have created a whole army of controlled humanoids, which people have called "outsiders". Your task is to stop the humanoids by destroying them abundantly, which will help with unique skills and a whole arsenal of deadly weapons.

Gameplay

As in all projects of the XCOM franchise, The Bureau places a huge emphasis on the tactical component – before you do something, you need to think carefully about every action. That is why the project is not suitable for gamers who like to just shoot and go ahead – this is punished here and leads to the death of the character.

Among the key features of the gameplay are the following:

• the opportunity to take on a team of two more companions with unique skills and weapons;
• four character classes – each has its own strengths and weaknesses;
• the need for deep tactical interaction between team members;
• the ability to upgrade the skills of heroes, turning them into increasingly deadly fighters;
