Pirates of the Burning Sea (2008) PC

Pirates of the Burning Sea is a pirate–themed computer video game in the MMORPG genre. The events take place in the XVIII century in the Caribbean.

Since we have an online project in front of us, developers are constantly releasing new patches to their brainchild that improve gameplay and graphics.

A studio called Flying Lab Software worked on the creation of the game.

Plot

We don't have a storyline as such. You can only perform additional tasks that are not distinguished by complexity and thoughtfulness, for that they give you the opportunity to pump your character.

At the beginning, you have to choose one of the four sides that you want to bring victory to:

• pirates or the "Coastal Brotherhood";
• Spain;
• England;
• France.

In order for the faction to win, it is necessary to capture all the cities on the map, which is extremely difficult to achieve, because the enemy will always do the same.

Gameplay

Released in 2008, Pirates of the Burning Sea, is still supported by developers. Several hundred real users can be on the same server at the same time. Among the main features of the gameplay are the following:

• more than 1000 unique quests that need to be completed to pump up the hero;
• there are several interesting modes, among which it is especially worth highlighting the "Battle for the Port", which combines battles on ships and on land;
• advanced combat system – includes many styles of fencing, dirty tricks and even fist fights;
• construction of strategic important buildings that produce valuable resources;
• a huge amount of content that grows with each patch;
• PvP battles where real players face each other – one on one.
