Pirates of the Black Cove (2011) PC

Pirates of the Black Cove is an action computer video game with RPG elements and a piracy simulator. The action takes place in the Caribbean, where we will need to fight against zombie pirates, uniting all the factions under our command.

A well-known Finnish studio called Nitro Games worked on the creation of the game.

Plot

At the beginning of the campaign, everyone can choose one of the proposed characters:

• a young adventurer who excellently wields a sword;
• a pretty girl who perfectly handles two sabers at once;
• a large experienced sailor who shoots accurately with firearms.

All heroes have their own unique backstory and have a certain set of skills that are available only to them.

Our main task is to complete tasks from three factions. By solving the set quests, we will improve relations with them. As a result, the warring parties need to be reconciled and give battle to pirates who dabble with ancient voodoo magic, which is why they have become almost invincible.

Gameplay

Pirates of the Black Cove is somewhat different from typical pirate simulators, and all thanks to the following features:

• an advanced RPG system that allows you to pump not only your character, but also a ship with a team;
• the opportunity to travel on land – everything happens like in the Diablo series, but we can still take some of the most loyal team members with us;
• the presence of alchemy elements – you will have to collect various ingredients from which you can prepare useful potions (for example, one of them can make you and the ship invisible for a while);
• interesting naval battles and boarding of enemy ships.
