Super Cloudbuilt (2017) PC

Super Cloudbuilt is a wonderful video game with great graphic design, music, and an emphasis on speed and mobility of gameplay.

The game was developed by an independent studio Coilworks.

Plot

In the Story mode, you play as a female silhouette named Demi. After losing her memory, she finds herself trapped in a world of floating ruins and dilapidated buildings. After a while, she discovers her physical body, comatose in a hospital ward. She somehow, after a severe injury, runs around strange environments like a ghost, apparently this is part of a futuristic rehabilitation process. Then the hospital becomes the hub center from which our heroine accesses the individual levels of SuperCloudbuilt. The story progresses as you return to the hospital between levels, creating an intriguing and satisfying game structure.

Gameplay

Demi moves through the surreal environment at breakneck speed, slowing down only to deal with tricky sections and opponents. But at the first level, she will take several abilities, such as double jump and wall running. Double jumps and wall runs consume energy that fills up over time, scattered throughout the level. She can also use several weapons with which to activate switches and fight off the robotic enemies she encounters. As our protagonist goes through the vast floating environments of each level, she will encounter checkpoints from which she will ignite when she dies.
