Tomb Raider: Legend (2006) PC

The seventh part of the adventures of the tomb raider, which revived interest in the Tomb Raider series. The gameplay is as dynamic as its predecessors, and is also based on acrobatic tricks. The main character has noticeably prettier: all the seductive forms are in place and no longer resemble silicone pumped.

In pursuit of the sword

At the age of 9, Lara Croft and her mother became the only survivors of a plane crash in the mountains of Nepal. They came across ancient ruins, and an inquisitive girl with the help of some artifact accidentally opened a portal to another dimension. This was the last moment when Lara saw her mother.

Being an experienced researcher of antiquities, the heroine finds a similar portal, the key to which is a sword. The weapon does exist, but in a broken form: parts of the sword are hidden in different parts of the world. Wanting to find out where her mother disappeared many years ago, Lara Croft goes in search of an artifact, trying to overtake competitors.

The wonders of acrobatics

Solving the riddles of the past, the heroine will visit almost all continents. Parts of the sword are located in hard-to-reach places, so you can't do without jumping, somersaults and other acrobatic tricks. So that the girl does not fall into the abyss, you will have to calculate the direction of the jump and choose the right moment. In particularly difficult cases, you can use a magnetic hook, but they are all predetermined by the screenwriters.

Weapons and equipment

The tomb raider's arsenal is quite meager. In addition to a pair of pistols with endless cartridges, she can carry a submachine gun or a rifle and four grenades. Aiming at the target, as before, occurs automatically.
