Corpse Party (2016) PC

Corpse Party is a horror adventure game originally created by Makoto Kedhin and developed by the GrisGris team. Many add-ons have been released for this game, adding chapters and much more.

Plot

The story refers to Japanese high school students who tell each other ghost stories. But a strange earthquake takes them to a dilapidated school house in a parallel dimension. They are haunted by various ghosts of people who are trapped. The main game character is Satoshi Mochida, a high school student. He is teased by his classmates for his cowardice. There are four other minor characters:

1. Naomi Nakashima, Satoshi's childhood friend.
2. Yoshiki Kishinuma, an intimidating but good-natured student.
3. Ayumi Shinozaki, class leader.
4. Yuka Mochida, Satoshi's younger sister.

The antagonist of the game is the red ghost of a teenage girl who seeks revenge for her wrongful death.

Gameplay

The gameplay is made from a third person. Players are given a task: to find refuge on school playgrounds for salvation. To accomplish this goal, the characters need to interact with the environment and surroundings. For example, collect objects, talk to other people and check documents while avoiding enemies. The story of the game is divided into five chapters, each of which focuses on different characters and includes several endings. They are achieved based on the user's gaming decisions.

For example, "True Completion" is necessary for the progression of the game. And several "Incorrect Endings" will become available when you complete events that are not related to the main storyline.
