Geometry Dash (2014) PC

Geometry Dash is a game that will appeal to arcade lovers. Its creator was the famous developer of applications for the android platform Robert Topal. The company "RobTop Games" took up the implementation of his idea. After several years of hard work, Geometry Dash was released for smartphones in 2013, and in 2014 the developers adapted it for a personal computer. The main idea of the game is to wade deep into the maze with the help of a cube and other characters. Simple rules, excellent graphics, light background music made Geometry Dash popular just a few months after the official presentation to a wide audience.

Gameplay

The game consists of 20 levels of varying difficulty, most of them are available to the player at the very beginning (with the exception of three – Clubstep, Deadlocked and Theory of Everything 2). In each of the levels there are up to three hidden coins that are difficult to get. The player can also use spheres that allow him to jump several times higher, fly, change gravity.

In addition, there are various portals that affect the appearance and characteristics of the character. For example, through them, the player can split, resize, teleport, mirror the screen and do much more. Blocked levels can be opened only by collecting a certain number of coins. For example, Clubstep costs 10 coins, Deadlocked – 20, Theory of Everything 2 – 30.

Characters

A total of 7 characters are available to the user:

1. Cube – jumps two squares up, and three squares wide. By tapping on the touch screen, it can be delayed, and then it will jump constantly.
2. The ball is constantly in flight, but if you release the control button, it will fall.
3. The ship, just like the ball, flies throughout the game, but it can crash when falling. Therefore, it is important not to allow it to come into contact with the ground.
4. Wave – when the "up" key is pressed, it rises accordingly. If the player uses the bottom button, it goes down.
5. The UFO player needs to constantly throw the flying saucer down, otherwise it may fall and crash.
6. Spider – has the ability to teleport, which greatly facilitates the passage of particularly difficult places.
7. Robot – can jump far enough. The longer the player presses on the touch screen, the further this character will jump.
