"Trine 3: The Artifacts of Power" is a continuation of the "Trinity" series. The game was released by Frozenbyte in 2015. This is a colorful fantasy-style platformer that combines elements of action and RPG, in addition, as you progress, you will encounter a variety of puzzles. Unlike previous versions, the third part boasts three-dimensional graphics and the ability to fully explore the presented location. The game is accompanied by beautiful soundtracks.

Gameplay

The action takes place in a magical world. The main goal of the three characters is to destroy the mysterious artifact Trine, which magically binds them together. Only then it will be necessary to correct the consequences – to save the world from the awakened evil.

The gameplay involves moving the characters to locations on the principle of a conventional platformer – you need to jump on the objects of the game world, fighting monsters and solving various puzzles.

The game is divided into several chapters denoting levels. To proceed to the next chapter, during the main quest it is necessary to collect a special game currency, implemented in the form of golden pyramids. If the required number of artifacts is not collected at the end of the task, you can go to perform side tasks. Unlike the previous parts, there is no character leveling system in "Trine 3: The Artifacts of Power". The set of skills necessary for the passage of the game for the heroes is formed from the very beginning. It is proposed to master it with the help of training levels.

At the player's disposal are three main characters of different classes – a thief, a knight and a wizard, which can be changed as you progress. Each of the characters has its own set of skills and abilities:

1. The wizard Amadeus has telekinesis and the ability to create various objects.
2. Knight Pontius is equipped with a sword and shield, occupies the position of an attacker in the game and is useful in close combat.
3. The thief Zoya is an archer. Her strong point is acrobatic skills, in addition, Zoya has a hook and rope in her equipment, which help her overcome obstacles and climb walls.

All three heroes act together, however, the player can only control one character. But the presence of additional protagonists makes the game multiplayer and makes the players' online cooperation mode available.
