Dark Souls III: The Ringed City is the second official addition to the third part of the famous "Dark Souls" series, which is known for its incredible complexity.

As the developers assure, gamers will have to rattle their nerves even more. A Japanese studio called FromSoftware worked on the creation of the DLC.

Plot

The action takes place in a fictional fantasy world, life in which is supported by a Flame. According to the plot of the supplement, we find ourselves in a period when the source of all life has almost gone out.

Before us are the devastated lands of ancient kingdoms, which have now turned into ruins – they are being sucked into the vortex of evil matter. In this place, time itself goes differently. The past, the present and the future coexist here.

As always, it will be difficult to find out what the developers want from us in this place, so carefully explore the virtual world.

Gameplay

Dark Souls III: The Ringed City is not much different from the original, and especially in terms of gameplay. It is reasonable to highlight the following characteristic features of DLC:

• added a lot of new enemies, weapons, armor and spells;
• unique locations that amaze with their size – their study will take dozens of hours;
• the incredible complexity of the battle – every enemy has weaknesses, and in order to learn them you will have to die more than once, and this is especially true of bosses;
• you can't find out the conditions of the quest, the history of the characters and the world anywhere – you will have to listen to everything and carefully study the environment to understand what is happening.
