Dark Souls III is a computer video game in the RPG genre, which was created by FromSoftware studio. Among players and critics, Dark Souls III is known as one of the most difficult video games in recent years.

Plot

The game takes place in a fictional world called Lotrik. This land is called the borderland, because it is here that the possessions of all the lords of the ashes converge, thereby creating joints.

The main character was previously an ordinary knight, but fate turned in such a way that he was cursed and the hero's soul left his body. His goal is to stop the destruction of the whole world and return the soul. The fire gradually goes out and very soon the world may be covered by darkness, which will destroy all living things.

Gameplay

Dark Souls III is an RPG with a third–person view, but it has certain features that distinguish it from games of this genre:

• incredibly strong opponents – even ordinary enemies can seem like bosses and will kill with just a couple of blows;
• the intelligence of the enemies allows them to change tactics;
• an approach should be found to each opponent, otherwise death cannot be avoided;
• in order to find out all the secrets of the game world, it is necessary to search every corner;
• the player has a limited supply of funds in order to restore his health;
• instead of linear locations and dungeons, an open game world has come.

Enemies in Dark Souls III are capable at some point not only to change their behavior. They can turn into another creature, with which you will not immediately understand what to do.

As for an RPG with an open game world, the third part of the Dark Souls line looks no worse than the competition.
