Now the Dishonored series seems to have been accumulating authority for years – the pathos around the first part developed so unusually. The plot of the sequel revolves around the already familiar Corvo, Emily and the witch Delilah. The relatively successful ending of the original led to complete ruin by the beginning of the second part. Restored to the throne, Empress Emily, as it turned out, is not at all a talented leader of the kingdom. Preferring personal growth to political games, Emily plunged her own country into crisis, poverty and ruin. In such a situation, the competitor that has appeared is not surprising, but the fact that this competitor is literally destroying the entire political establishment is nonsense.

Dishonored 2 does not change the pathos of the original and is still successfully perverted with the meanings of the word "fairy tale". On the one hand, we have an amazingly pretty world in front of us, on the other, idyllic landscapes are complemented by pictures of famine, plague and the cruelest murders.

At the very beginning, the game allows you to make a character choice. There are two choices, as well as the style of play:

1. Corvo is physical power, fierce attacks and a magic arsenal that is already familiar to us. The skills have almost completely migrated from the original, and therefore we still know how to teleport, inhabit living beings, slow down time and masterfully wield weapons.
2. Emily is a real assassin. A great choice for those who like to play covertly. Emily has a large set of stealth tricks: her magic often acts on several people at once, she has hypnosis, jumps far and silently, and is able to hide at any moment.

The game of professionals

As in the case of the original, Dishonored 2 literally requires that you know how to play it. And this does not concern the banal skills of waving a sword or hiding from the guards, it concerns the cognition of mechanics in general. Every situation here can be beaten in half a dozen ways. Every local character is able to give you useful information. Each new level is a real puzzle that has yet to be told.
