S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: The Call of Pripyat - Black Stalker 2 [v.1.01] (2011) PC

STALKER: The Call of Pripyat - Black Stalker 2 is a global modification to the third part of the famous series of action games that tell about the adventures of some artifact seekers – stalkers.

The developers from the DOOMLORD studio did not touch much on the plot component, but focused on the gameplay, wanting to turn it into a more realistic, complex, and therefore interesting.

Plot

As for the single-player campaign, she received only three new, but quite large quests. They don't really affect the overall picture of what is happening, but they complement it in their own way.

The main character is still Major Degtyarev, who was sent to the territory of the Zone in order to find out the reasons for the failure of the promising operation Fairway. The essence of this event was to thoroughly study the nature of the Zone. The authorities sent several well-armed combat helicopters with special forces on board, but they all crashed for unexplained reasons.

Gameplay

But as for such an extremely important parameter as gameplay, there are plenty of useful changes here. Despite the fact that the official developers made a high-quality product, the fans decided to improve it. As a result, we get similar changes:

• the trading system has been redesigned – now it has become profitable to trade with stalkers, and the range of goods has been updated for merchants, as well as prices have been changed;
• the old weapon has been somewhat redesigned and in addition, a fundamentally new one has been added;
• changed the damage system in favor of realism;
• now the ballistic characteristics of firearms correspond to real figures;
• humans and monsters behave smarter and much more.

No less important is the fact that the developers have tightened the graphics component at the highest possible level, which was not lame anyway. This applies to the corrected animation of movements, and the
