S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Half-life [v.1.1] (2010) RS

STALKER: Half–Life is a global modification to the video game Stalker: Clear Sky, which opens up a fundamentally new campaign and characters to fans and gives them the opportunity to find a unique artifact – "sunflower".

An independent studio called R.G. Mechanics worked on the creation of the video game.

Plot

Stalkers have never been afraid of difficulties, and therefore do not want to live in a boring world that is outside the Zone. And now two stalkers decide to return to their dangerous adventures and look for the already legendary artifact called "sunflower".

They are bored to live a rich life, relax on yachts and sunbathe on the beaches – friends take up arms, put on a bulletproof vest and go to the very center of this incredibly dangerous, but filled with a kind of romance place.

According to rumors, "sunflower" has incredible properties and is considered the most valuable artifact, and therefore many people and even whole groups are hunting for it. Therefore, the main characters will be confronted not only by the Zone itself with its countless anomalies and mutants, but also by a person. 

Gameplay

STALKER: Half-Life boasts not only a new plot, but also many gameplay changes that have only benefited the project.

It is also worth mentioning that the graphics were slightly tightened, because at the time of the release of the fashion, the Clear Sky looked a little old. Lighting and shadows have been tweaked here, and the quality of detail has been slightly improved.

As for the gameplay changes, it is important to note the following points:

• now stalkers can sleep – it helps to regain strength after a difficult battle;
• you can use a guitar – added a kind of leisure element for real stalkers;
• during the battle, the body parts of the opponents fly off, which had a positive effect on realism;
• a slightly tweaked interface, including new indicators, and the old and uninformative
