Plot

The story of Fuminori Sasisaka, a medical school student whose life is going downhill. As a result of the accident, his parents died, and the guy's brain was injured. The result of the treatment was a distortion of the perception of the surrounding world. Now everything seems like a fetid pit filled with walking corpses. All the people the guy saw turned into disgusting freaks. Being a strong spirit, he did not give himself away in the hospital, endured the terrible face of the medical staff and got rid of suicidal tendencies to leave this place.

One day, a cute little face of Sai appeared in front of him, who is naughty in the clinic, scaring the mentally ill. She is looking for her father here, and Fuminori undertakes to help the girl, and after being discharged from the mental hospital, the guys settle in an abandoned house.  Naturally, a couple of young people cannot refrain from bodily pleasures.

One day after a conversation with friends (one of the girls confessed her love to him before the accident) they began to recognize the behavior of the hero as strange and began to investigate, for which they paid with their lives. How the plot will develop is up to the hero to decide.
